Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are ONLY doing phone appointments and ONLY accepting drop-offs for paperwork until further notice.
During these challenging times, we ask you to please upload your tax documents to us electronically using our client portal CANOPY (more info below). If you still insist on dropping off your documents in person, please put all your tax documents into an envelope/folder/bag/etc and prepare to drop off all your documents at our doorstep. Keep in mind to save any questions or concerns you might have for when you speak with Jose SR on the phone. Since he is over 65 years old we are doing our best to keep him quarantined. Fortunately, SR is still very healthy and continues to work each day but we are taking extra precautions since he is considered very vulnerable.
Please email us and let us know if you need any help getting CANOPY set up or when you would be able to drop off your tax documents. If you already have a CANOPY account set up from previous years, you can begin to send us your documents (more info below to begin).
If using a computer, please log in to CANOPY to upload your tax forms - https://app.canopytax.com/#/login via the “Files” page on your canopy account. (You have the option of either a computer to scan tax documents or if using your mobile phone/device you can directly upload photos from the camera into the app.)
